1. Data controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is Munulus Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Munulus", "we"), registered at Maslak Mah. AOS 55. Sk. 42 Maslak A Blok No: 2 İç Kapı No: 9, Sarıyer/Istanbul, tax ID no. 6232190633.
2. What we collect
We process personal data only when you fill in a form on our site, and only what you choose to send us:
- Contact form: name, email address, organisation (optional), mobility environment (optional), your message.
- munuLabs 3D printing request: name, email address, phone number (optional), user type (student/individual), university and department if you are a student, request description, service preference (optional), quantity and material preference, additional notes (optional), uploaded images and design files.
- munuAds advertising request: company name, contact person's name, email address, phone number, sector, website (optional), campaign preferences, target location/audience (optional), budget range (optional), uploaded design/logo files, your message.
- Technical data: your IP address is processed briefly to prevent abuse of our forms.
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Your browser stores only your theme (light/dark) and language preference; this stays on your device and is not sent to us.
3. Why we process it
- To receive and assess your request, question or quote request and respond to you,
- To prepare a tailored quote for 3D printing or advertising services and handle the contract process,
- To send a confirmation email that your request was received,
- To keep the site and forms secure and prevent spam and abuse,
- To meet our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data under Article 5(2) of the KVKK: (c) it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract (quote and service requests); (ç) it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations; and (f) our legitimate interests (site security and abuse prevention), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. To operate the service, we share it only as far as necessary with these providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — website hosting and storage of form data and uploaded files.
- Resend (USA) — delivery of form notifications and confirmation emails.
Because these providers may operate servers outside Turkey, your data may be transferred abroad in accordance with the procedures and safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK. We may also disclose data to competent public authorities where legally required.
6. Retention
Form data and files are kept for up to 2 years after your request is concluded, or for the period required by applicable law if a contract is formed. After that they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Security-related technical data such as IP addresses are processed only briefly and not stored permanently.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed; request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Article 7; request that third parties be notified of these actions; object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
